Comfortable three-room apartment for vacation just a short distance from the sea and the nightlife of Marina di Ravenna.
The apartment (about 65 sq m) is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a recently built complex in an excellent location, just minutes from beaches and restaurants, with reserved parking area and communal swimming pool, and overlooks the complex’s private parking lot.
The apartment opens onto the entrance hall that leads to the large living room, which is divided into a kitchenette with an open kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, and a living area with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, CD stereo, and DVD player.
The living room leads to a loggia equipped with a table for 4 and a view of Via Marinara.
The sleeping area has a double bedroom with 6-door closet, a single bedroom with wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower.
An additional single bed can be added upon request.
The apartment has a cellar (on the ground floor).

Services A well-stocked supermarket and numerous stores are located in the marina complex, including clothing stores, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, delicatessens, and hairdressers.
There is no shortage of bars and restaurants in the village, as well as useful services (pharmacy, post office, and bank).
A bicycle rental service and boat rentals are also active in Marinara.
You will also have the opportunity to sign up for sailing and boating license courses and to practice various sports including tennis and horseback riding.
Extras Guests of the complex can take advantage of a discount card (MarinaRaCard) that allows you to get special prices for stores, bars, restaurants, baths, amusement parks.
An agreement is in effect with the Punta Marina Spa, which is a 5-minute drive from the apartment.
Private berths are available in the marina.
Marina di Ravenna Part of the Lidi Sud of Ravenna, it is an ideal vacation destination for the whole family, offering numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the specialties of Romagna cuisine, bars and discos on the beach, and a beautiful, cool pine forest along the coast.
The town is very lively in the summer months.
In the surrounding area, one can get around comfortably by bicycle, thanks to well-maintained bicycle paths.
The beach, a long stretch of sand with well-equipped establishments, starts a few minutes’ walk away.
The marina can accommodate as many as 1,500 boats and is popular with sailing enthusiasts.
On either side of the harbor you can stroll along the pier, which goes almost a kilometer into the waters.
The Surroundings We recommend a visit to the city of Ravenna, which preserves vestiges of the Roman and Byzantine periods, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, including the Byzantine mosaics of the Basilicas of S. Vitale and Sant’Apollinare in Classe and the mausoleums of Theodoric and Galla Placidia.
Nearby of interest is the National Museum of Underwater Activities and the ‘Paguro’ fish restocking area, a destination for divers and researchers.
Also worth a visit, by boat or bicycle, is the Piallassa della Baiona, a lagoon part of the Po Delta Park.
From Marina di Ravenna it is also easy to reach by car some famous resorts on the Riviera Romagnola, such as Cervia and Milano Marittima and, inland, the Republic of San Marino.
For families, just a 20-minute drive away is the famous Mirabilandia amusement park.
