On either side of the harbor you can stroll along the pier, which runs almost a kilometer into the waters.
We recommend a visit to the city of Ravenna, which preserves vestiges of Roman and Byzantine times, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, including the Byzantine mosaics of the Basilicas of S. Vitale and Sant’Apollinare in Classe and the mausoleums of Theodoric and Galla Placidia.
