The entrance leads into the spacious living room, which is divided into a kitchenette with an open kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave; and a living area with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, CD stereo and DVD player. The living room opens onto a loggia equipped with a table for 4 people and overlooking the harbour. Adjacent to the living room is a small service bathroom with washing machine and toilet. From the living room an internal staircase connects with the upper area where there is a double bedroom with wardrobe a single room with wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower. Extra bed available on request. The flat has a cellar (on the ground floor).

There is an outdoor swimming pool, which is open seasonally from June to September. **The flat is located near a pub, so it may be noisy, especially during the evening hours. Tourist tax not included in the price: 1 euro per day per person (adults only), up to a maximum of 7 days. Services In the marina complex there is a well-stocked supermarket and numerous shops, including clothes shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, delicatessen, hairdresser. There is no shortage of bars and restaurants in the village, as well as useful services (pharmacy, post office and bank). A bicycle and boat rental service is also available in Marinara. You can also sign up for sailing and boating licence courses and practice various sports including tennis and horse riding. Extras Guests of the complex can take advantage of a discount card (MarinaRaCard) that allows them to obtain special prices for shops, bars, restaurants, baths, and amusement parks. There is an agreement with the Punta Marina Spa, which is a 5-minute drive from the flat. Private berths are available in the marina. Marina di Ravenna Part of the Southern Lidos of Ravenna, it is an ideal holiday destination for the whole family, offering numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the specialities of Romagna cuisine, bars and discos on the beach, and a beautiful, cool pine forest along the coast. The village is very lively in the summer months. In the surrounding area, one can move around comfortably by bicycle, thanks to well-maintained bicycle paths. The beach, a long stretch of sand with well-equipped establishments, is only a few minutes’ walk away. The marina can accommodate as many as 1500 boats and is popular with sailing enthusiasts. On either side of the harbour you can stroll along the pier that runs almost a kilometre into the water. The Surroundings We recommend a visit to the city of Ravenna, which preserves vestiges from the Roman and Byzantine periods, now a Unesco World Heritage Site, including the Byzantine mosaics of the Basilicas of S. Vitale and Sant’Apollinare in Classe and the mausoleums of Theodoric and Galla Placidia. Nearby, the National Museum of Underwater Activities and the ‘Paguro’ fish restocking area are of interest to divers and researchers. Also worth a visit, by boat or bicycle, is the Piallassa della Baiona, a lagoon part of the Po Delta Park. From Marina di Ravenna it is also easy to drive to some of the famous resorts of the Riviera Romagnola, such as Cervia and Milano Marittima, and inland to the Republic of San Marino. For families, just a 20-minute drive away is the famous Mirabilandia amusement park.
