Description

Comfortable studio apartment for 2 people with reserved parking area and swimming pool, at the modern Porto Turistico complex, a short walk from the beaches and restaurants of Marina di Ravenna.
The apartment, located on the second floor (with elevator), consists of:- a day-night area with double bed, TV and dining table.
– a well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, dishes, kettle, mocha, toaster) – a bathroom with shower box The apartment has air conditioning and double glazing and also has a cellar (on the ground floor).
It does not have a terrace.

Arrival : from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Departure : from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

There are numerous businesses within minutes: a well-stocked supermarket, numerous stores, including clothing stores, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, delicatessen, hairdresser, and useful services (pharmacy, post office, and bank).
You will also have opportunities to enroll in sailing and boating license courses and to practice various sports including tennis and horseback riding.
Extras Guests of the complex can take advantage of a discount card (MarinaRaCard) that allows you to get special prices for stores, bars, restaurants, baths, and amusement parks.
An agreement is in effect with the Punta Marina Spa, which is a 5-minute drive from the apartment.
Private berths are available in the marina.
Marina di Ravenna Part of the Lidi Sud of Ravenna, it is an ideal vacation destination for the whole family, offering restaurants where you can enjoy the specialties of Romagna cuisine, bars and discos on the beach, and a beautiful, cool pine forest along the coast.The beach is a long stretch of sand with well-equipped establishments.
In the surrounding area one can move around comfortably by bicycle, thanks to well-maintained bicycle paths.
The Marinara Tourist Port can accommodate as many as 1,500 boats and is popular with sailing enthusiasts.
On either side of the harbor you can stroll along the pier, which runs almost a kilometer into the waters.
The Surroundings We recommend a visit to the city of Ravenna, which preserves vestiges of the Roman and Byzantine periods, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, including the Byzantine mosaics of the Basilicas of S. Vitale and Sant’Apollinare in Classe and the mausoleums of Theodoric and Galla Placidia.
Of interest nearby is the National Museum of Underwater Activities and the ‘Paguro’ fish restocking area, a destination for divers and researchers. Also worth a visit, by boat or bicycle, is the Piallassa della Baiona, a lagoon part of the Po Delta Park. From Marina di Ravenna it is also easy to reach by car some famous resorts on the Adriatic Riviera, such as Cervia and Milano Marittima and, inland , the Republic of San Marino. For families, the famous Mirabilandia amusement park is only a 20-minute drive away.
